Have been staying there 2 years ago and back then I thought it needed renovation. Nothing looks to be touched since and I have stayed this time in 2 different rooms on different floors. it cannot call itself 4 star. At best it’s 3 star but still better then many other around. Food was better 2 years ago but still okay now. only few staff can speak English. Great location though. not bad hotel but you’d expect much more from 4*

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room size was good. View from the 11th floor was also very good of the river and surrounding area.
